The journey is one of many avenues and one we work hard to address while recognizing the miles yet to cover. Caring Choice provides products developed to reduce our impact on the environment through the use of recyled materiels and manufacturing techiques.
SOLUTION DYED FABRIC
Creating a coloured yarn by adding pigment to the molten raw material during fibre production addresses traditional wet dye issues that include chemical waste and the consumption of energy and water. Further, the colour is more resistant to fading and lasts longer.
RECYCLED POLYESTER
Caring Choice uses polyester made from recycled PET plastic bottles. The recycling process releases less carbon dioxide compared to the creation of virgin polyester. And it helps remove waste from the environment.
ALLUMINIUM POLES USING ACID-FREE ANODISATION
The anodising technique used to protect our aluminium poles has eliminated the use of nitric and phosphoric acids to improve working conditions and reduce the impact of harmful waste on the environment.

We owe our livelihoods and the pastime we all enjoy to the great outdoors so we believe that there is a moral duty to protect and sustain the environment that provides us so much. We want to do our bit to maintain and improve the health of our countryside but the challenge is immense for a company like ours to undertake on its own.
With this in mind we have joined other leading outdoor manufacturers as members of the European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA). The Association provides an efficient way to dispense financial support, to educate and to inform. It ensures its members’ resources provide optimum impact when preserving our ecosystems for present and future generations. EOCA certainly proves the old quote that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
