To avoid damaging the wooden table top we advise using stoves that shield the work surface from flames by extending the metal case under the burners and that have legs/feet to lift it clear of the surface to minimise the effect of heat radiated by the hot casing and that reflected back by cooking pots.

We advise that the table is not left out in wet weather for extended periods and is dried after contact with liquids. The table should be completely dry before storage in non-humid conditions.
