We are not able to evaluate claims through this contact form, as this is legally done by your retailer in cooperation with our Aftersales Service Department.
As this is a potential warranty issue, we kindly ask you to contact your selling retailer, where the product was purchased, to discuss product and warranty issues and they will be able to advise you further.
Please be aware that you will need to prove purchase when claiming faulty goods at your retailer. This could be the receipt, but any other legitimate record - such as a bank statement - should be fine.
