When placing a pre-order on our website, you will only be asked to pay once your item or items are in stock and ready for dispatch. No payment is taken when you place your order.

If you have ordered several items in the same order, we will wait until all items have arrived at our warehouse before sending you an email with a payment link.

Once we have received and registered your payment, we will pack and dispatch your order. You will then receive an email with delivery and tracking details.
