Pitching Instruction

In our video and pitching instruction we use 2 pitching measurements in minutes. Below these are descriped into details.

Pitch time – ready to move in: Initial pitch with corner pegs, all poles and necessary guylines in situ to keep the tent standing for furnishing.

Pitch time – complete: Final pitch to ensure design performance with all peg points and guylines pegged out to secure the tent against inclement weather.

Be aware that (UV) ultraviolet rays will damage your tent if you expose it to direct sunlight for longer periods of time. Outtex® fabric used on Outwell® tents increases the lifetime of the tent. Outwell Product are made for camping use which is normally 2-5 weeks usage a year. They are not designed for permanent usage and should only be used as camping products. Camping near the sea or lake can further enhance the effect of UV radiation. The same applies to poles and metal parts

Outtex® 6000 Endurance RS is a densly woven double wall ripstop material that is four times stronger than our standard tent fabric. Light and tough, it is highly resistant to tears and tough enough for all-weather camping thanks to its outstanding 6,000mm

Aerodynamic Storm Protection 10 i

The aerodynamic design of the tents with hidden poles secures that the whole tent is stable whatever the weather. Wind strength 10 on the Beufort wind scale is equivalent to strong winds at a speed between 89-102 km/h, which can break twigs on trees.

Outwell Power Air System i

Offers individual tubes that are inflated and deflated separately via external valves. An extra tube is attached manually for extra stability.
